Sharing The Good News

Sharing The Good News

Have you ever felt like you just had to be sharing your latest good news with anyone and everyone around you, but they literally had no interest whatsoever in what you had to say? Although intended for the best, sometimes sharing the good news is not always a positive outcome.

After all, people know you remember things. You’re known for sharing. Sharing too much.
And every time they see you coming with thathave I got a deal for youlook of wide eyed innocence about you…they also know to be very aware with the question in their minds…what is he going to try and sell on now!?

More often than not it seems as if you’re the only one oblivious to their burn out of your sharing good news tactics and gracious offers for them to improve their lives and make more money and retire to the Florida Keys sooner than later while improving their health and well being with your new vita-pill-drink!
sharing
Both they and you know that you’re really not a bad person. You’re just a giver…you like sharing. The fact of the matter is that you just want to see everyone as healthy and happy as your latest new venture is promising to make the both of you. You’re just sharing the good news. I mean, after all, you could see and realize the benefits of this amazing product and were immediately sold on it…so everyone you know should jump on this opportunity as sure and as fast as you did, right!

You don’t need that kind of pressure. Time to get this monkey off you back!
So, as a new business person, you have to write these folks off your list and warm and friendly contacts (because the industry of network marketing labels them that way) and you end up losing your rank and status in the arena of family and friends because that same win at all costs industry says if they cannot or will not support you in whatever your dreams are, then you didn’t need them anyway.

So, does that mean the pressure is now off and you as a big shot entrepreneur are free and able to tackle anyone you come in contact with using your new found attitude as fair game for your business? I would certainly hope not. That is a pure case of not sharing the good news!

What you really need to remember at this point in your little business rant to save the world is …”don’t try to share your seemingly good fortune” with everyone or everything that moves! Sharing needs to come doses.
Keep in mind that some people will be wide open to change and new ideas, having been prepared by the your giving spirit from times past.
But, there are those that you have engaged just as soberly before that may not be so open to yet another invitation to be set free from your definition of their less than stellar lives.

When you come across those that are not, relax, don’t push them. When it comes to sharing the good news, you need to realize that it’s just not their time.
If and when you sense a resistance or an uncomfortable response, just tactfully, professionally and lovingly change the subject.
Demonstrate true sensitivity and concern for this person and be mindful that their time will come..it may be next week, next month or perhaps even tomorrow..or even more so, never. You just need to stay close to your moral and ethical business conventions. There’s a time and a place for everything and everyone. Sharing is a virtue.

Having said that, I have to also state in my sharing that I am not putting down or am opposed to the great many men and women who make their livelihoods persuading and selling to the masses in our society. Some of these great selling giants do come with even greater values in sharing the good news.

Giving in is not necessarily always a matter of giving up.
Sometimes you have to give yourself permissions to leave, to walk away, to not challenge certain conventions. And in doing so, you will be sharing a healthy respect for the individual as you are encouraged to listen to your inner-self and be a guiding force rather than just another selling force for something that many may not be in the market to buy.

Bypass, Starting Out Even, Only To Be Left Behind

Bypass, Starting Out Even, Only To Be Left Behind

Bypass. We are not talking a highway bypass or heart bypass or desert bypass or even a sale at the mall that you don’t want to bypass.
We are in fact talking about information…information that gets left out of what you are trying to learn, understand or just keep up with.

These days in order to keep up and understand the happenings of the internet and social media going on around you, a lot of information seems to go into a bypass mode and it becomes a need to know kind of situation.
If you have no need to know, then you do not or will not exercise a desire to even try to understand whatever it is you think you need to know.

Something new comes along and you like it and you are promised that it is the best and easiest to use (saving you time and money) and that appeals to you very much. So, you give it a try…you join with great hope, anticipation and expectations. Shortly after that here comes the bypass.

Everybody starts out even because it’s a joint venture, a learning new things process together for both us novices and a pretty darn good refresher for the rest of the brainiacs. Then the bypass.

We’re all on the same page with the same understanding of what is about to happen. Like understanding the Empower Network and it’s 100% commissions.

Then somewhere somehow someone decides that they need to move forward… so they throw out a series of options. Of course the first bypass option is to separate the wheat from the chaff. The good stuff from the bad. The goats from the herd.

If you have any inkling of technology, you now realize that you are part of the herd that travels to the beat of the new drummer.
I do not think it is always designed that the split happens this way, but I am starting to wonder what causes what I am calling this…bypass.

Understand and hear me now (you can believe me later), I am not necessarily saying the bypass is a bad thing.
What I am trying to say is that this gap, this rift, this split, however it came or comes about, tends to weed out the wanna be’s from the fast trackers. Again, not necessarily a bad thing.

It is the bypass leftovers that I am more concerned about. Remember when we started out, everyone was even/equal. I know that natural attrition will cause some changes in this formula and this is where I get confused as to why there isn’t a “second team” of leaders or guru’s that comes out of this creation.

A somewhat slower and more deliberate set of actions that will allow for those folks to either play catch up or at least develop a complete and better understanding of the intended original process from which this B team will grow to be just as effective, but in it’s own way and time.

Ah Ha! That mega headed…monster…time!

I thoroughly get it when the go-getter’s and guru’s lay down the gauntlet and proceed forward to storm the financial castle in yonder marketing kingdom. I even understand the bypass at this point. It’s just that when the bypass occurs, I see leaving a wealth of information of not yet discovered expertise on the table.

I think that a second look should be given or at least considered to pick up those stragglers, make sure the don’t quit or give up and to make sure they are brought on board and up to speed as intended with the original business plan.

Don’t be the leader that will do a drive by bypass.
If you start with a promise “that everyone can do this”…I think that the least you can do is to live up to that promise by doing whatever little extra it takes to leave no man/woman behind.
After all, the person that bought into the promise in the first place had a great deal of faith in your story, your plan or your idea.
Stay with me…we can and will get through this together.

-Lon-

Relationships, Winning By All Means

Relationships, Winning By All Means

Relationships are a quirky set of mind games played by some of the most super athletes we know. A husband and a wife.
Gridiron gold, the summer/winter games across the pond or just round ball tournament play. It takes a certain amount of skill and finesse to make the successful marriage team. They should try out for the Empower network team.

What is a marriage? Everyone knows that there is only one captain, one team owner, one coach. Not so in a successful marriage. Getting top billing in this relationship is almost as thrilling as the game itself in married life.

True, relationships are geared towards the combined efforts of a joint team, but you know as well as I do, that dog don’t hunt!

It’s not about getting the upper hand, or even being first. It is total all in all on the playing field warfare when it comes to relationships involving men and women for superior rights of one-up-ness. This is empowerment at it’s best.

Men have their ideas about relationships and of course women have the ideal answer as to what those ideas should be and who owns the rights to them. Now we all shoot for the same goal on this team…to score the big points in the game of everyday life. Like earning 100% commissions in your business game.

It’s bad enough one would tend to describe any relationships in sports terms or metaphors. But it is a lot of fun. Take bowling or baseball for example…men and women’s relationships are in a league of their own. Did I come up with that just because both the games have strikes? Well, not really it just works because there are opposites at work that attract here.

Relationships in bowling are that strikes are good for points…in baseball not so good…well that would depend on if you’re giving strikes or getting strikes. Oh wow, another decision make that will cause splits! I’m on a roll…relationships

We’re a of a generation that teaches the younger kids these days that points don’t matter and all sports are team events and being on the team is the winning venture.
Kind of ruins the relationship of having something greater to strive for, but that’s just my opinion…and we all know about opinions…
Maybe I should run for office or something.

Anyways, relationships are built, forged and maintained in successful marriages on love, trust and security as well as playing nice together. Sharing the many responsibilities as head of whichever department has it’ advantages. Like, making the money to sustain the household and making the decisions as to what that money covers in terms of food, shelter and clothing. A win-win for all concerned if you had a business where you blog daily, tell others and make money.

Because it’s a very different game in each household, the pairings that pit husband and wife sometimes against each other and makes for some very interesting sports trivia.
Remember when he called an audible and said he was going out with the boys and if she didn’t like it she could just lump it?
Well she did…and as I understand it according to the doctors, the swelling should be down enough tomorrow for him to be able to see out of one of his eyes.

Relationships are a joy to behold. Men and women contribute so very much to one another. It’s the essence of married life, successful marriages, relief of stress at home, at work and finances and finding what will ultimately turn out to be your best friend.
And isn’t that what you want out of life, a player on your team that can bring you home on a sacrifice fly…or make a pass right down the middle for a touchdown…volley for your affections in an endless match…or one that tees off and lands on the green without teeing you off.

Of course there’s always the concession stand.
In all good and lasting relationships, take the time to get a hot dog and just enjoy the game.
Concessions are always good.

Marriage

Marriage

It’s marriage and money tips time.
Time once again to suck it up, stick to your guns, grab the reins and hold on.
It is reported the only 58% of Americans track their spending against a monthly budget according a Bankrate.com survey.

But why go thru all that hassle when it would be far more convenient to not only be prudent with your money and finances. How you ask? Rank in the business world with your own finances. You can be a part of a business that pays you 100% commissions. A business of your own.

As for your marriage, what makes this year different from those of the past. Well, for one thing the severity of commitment. You have committed to a good deal of time in analyzing your current spending versus income in order to find ways to fine tune it by tracking your progress and making adjustments.

For your marriage and money tips to take hold, here are some ways to get you and your spouse started.

You need to put together a comprehensive list of all your payments that you must make on a regular basis.
This would be a lot more manageable if you had just a little more something coming in monthly to handle those payments. This is where the Empower Network could help you with those marriage money tips.

Next, track your day-to-day spending for at least a week. Use a system that works for you; a spreadsheet, an app like Xpenser, Pennies or Cashish or just the old-fashioned pen and paper to keep a daily record. When you’ve been married for any length of time, you learn to value this marriage money tip.

Marriage and money tips mean that the more precise you are, the clearer the picture you’ll get of where your money goes and can open a profit window of opportunity when you have a business that is very easy and simple for you to use when you blog daily, tell others and make money.

Other great marriage and money tips come in the form of great relationships, in fact some legendary ones.

Finally, examine those lists to separate your needs from your wants and start trimming the wants.
It’s very easy to do with something as small as cutting back on entertainment expenses for example. Keep in mind this is only until you have brought your spending in line with your income.

In case you’re at the point to where this is not balancing out for you, here’s another marriage money tip.
Take a closer look at your needs to see if there are other ways to reduce those costs. Something like going to the grocery store, where over spending can be an unconscious spending act as you trip up and down those food laden aisles.

With marriage money tips and goals in mind, you won’t have to spend a lifetime making those kinds of adjustments. Life and your marriage is meant for living and enjoying.

Marriage

When you become financially secure in your marriage, this year can be very different for you because you’ve taken the steps necessary to improve your life by taking a closer look at what can help you the most in your current situation.

Much success in your marriage, your business and your life.

Relax More And Laff Like You Mean It

Relax More And Laff Like You Mean It

It’s a new year and resolutions or not, now is a good time to relax more and laff like you mean it. Time to slow down. Not to quit or give up on all your hard work, just time to reflect more on all that you know and do and hopefully enjoy it a lot more.

Most people tend to go with diet and exercise when making these changes. Well here’s a third one for you. How about creating some space in your busyness and your personal life so you can enjoy more too. With the Empower Network, that can be done for your finances as well

More …being and less …doing…a chance to really participate in life’s special moments.

Now for this to all take place, you have to give in and allow yourself permission to celebrate your new found down time. Simple things like just flopping into that favorite chair and napping more. Just stare out the window and watch a sunset! Nothing could be easier in the finance department than to partner with a company that has done a marvelous job of setting up and worry and hassle free business that anyone can do to make money and make friends.

You may have to relearn how to relax and laff like you mean it. A really deep down from the back of the throat or gut wrenching belly laugh. You’ve been busy all your life and it may seem like you just don’t know how to slow down.
Try a long hot bath. Try doing nothing. Sit back and be the designated listener. Blog daily, tell others and get money.

When telling others about your new business, pay attention to the other persons sounds they make, the rise and fall in their voice, pauses, stumbles, smiles, frowns, head movements or facial expressions. Don’t even interrupt them. Let your facial expressions make you an active participant in the conversation. You will be perceived as the leader you were meant to be.

Be patient, learn the art of waiting. Think of delays as opportunities for free time rather than inconveniences. Use that time to stay in the moment and see what’s happening around you.

Relax more and laff like you mean it can have some very beneficial physical and mental rewards to it too. It not only lowers your hype and blood pressure, but makes you a much better person to be around! When you’re happy and not snappy, the world as you know it and people around you tend you treat you differently in a very pleasurable and professional way for all concerned.

Remember, some of history’s greatest accomplishments for the betterment of mankind came during idle moments. Issac Newton figured out the laws governing gravity while sitting under a tree. Ben Franklin invented the lightening rod while flying a kite. Thomas Edison came up with the light bulb filament while idly rolling kerosene residue between his fingers. Albert Einstein contemplated and calculated the universe with a cat on his lap!

My wish for you is that you allow more time for doing nothing, relaxing and laffing like you mean it. Remember, only you can give yourself the necessary permissions to celebrate slowing down and enjoying life. It may not be to the fullest measure that you would like because of your current finances, but any amount of cutting back on your busy schedules can and will make a big difference as to how you handle the everyday pressures of the world around you. I invite you to look at what the Empower network has to offer as you collect your full 100% commissions.

Relaxing is good for the body in general and laffing (laughing) deep from within can help release a lot of pent-up frustrations…kind of like having a good sneeze…it just clears everything out and makes you feel light and happy.

When You’re Hungry, You’ll do Anything To Change Your Life Situation

This statement is true for every human being who has any kind of will and desire for survival. When you’re hungry…you’ll do anything to change your life and situation.

To maintain your status, your structure and your sanity in this life, you can and will do whatever it takes for self preservation. Sometimes it’s even for the sake of a relationship such as a successful marriage.

Does this apply to everything in your life? How far are you willing to go in your everyday situations on life or the lives of your family or friends to be right or even just comfortable? Maybe. Maybe not. Either way, it comes down to a decision on your part.

What are you hungry for…what drives your hunger…how hungry will you have to get before you have a need to change your situation and surroundings?

It’s been said that when there’s a fire in the belly, the heart and mind can and will accomplish what seems like miracles in your life.

When you’re hungry you will do anything to improve you situations in a frustrated life. When there seems to be no help coming in your direction, when no one stands by you – you get that hunger that you need to make the move to take the steps necessary to do whatever you have to to better yourself.

You get hungry enough to decide your future…hungry enough to decide your own fate…hungry enough to decide your own happiness in life! That not only affects your life, love relationships, education, health, but your business life and your finances as well.

However, before you decide to change your outcome, you have to have that want to be willing to go through the changes necessary that will be required to make that move from being complacent to being the one in control.

When you’re hungry, you’ll do anything to be comfortable. Comfort means not literally being hungry, but the basic security issues in life…food, warmth, shelter and money or finances.

Not being dependent on outside sources that tell you what, when, where, how and whether or not to be happy is a very good indicator of making the necessary changes in your life for the better.

You and I are a lot alike in that when it comes to making up your mind in hard core decisive manor…we’ll do anything to accomplish our mission in our relationships and especially the area of finances.

Of course it’s even more noticeable when situations change are forced upon us and we have no choice but to in fact change those very lifestyle situations for the better.

I invite you to read about or watch and listen to my friend David Wood as he tells his story of just how hungry he got before he made those changes to his life.

You’ll do anything when you’re hungry is certainly more than being about food…it’s a life lesson that defines your worth and future successes on this big blue marble.

You were meant to be happy. You just need some direction in finding out how and then experience that joy when you discover it…every minute of every day.

A Friend In Life…And Business…Always.

How Many Elephants Do You Know…Or Are You One

How Many Elephants Do You Know…Or Are You One

The more popular quote that elephants have great memories and that they don’t forget. Then there’s the other notion that describes a large problem in your life…it’s the proverbial elephant in the room.

There is, indeed, nothing that so much seduces reason from vigilance, as the thought of passing life with an amiable woman.” Samuel Johnson

Some of the better memories of our 30+ year union comes from the fact that she never forgets anything. Whereas we as mere mortal men are not allowed to remember most things!

But alas, that’s what makes the state of marriage the greatest human boundary there is.
People who need people are the luckiest people in the world. Someone should write a song about it!

The two sides of the coin here are that one is positive, having a great memory and the negative side, being the source of a problem.

Having a great memory has some wonderful advantages in a successful marriage setting. Things like remembering important dates and anniversaries and such. Things like being trusted to remember facts and details that can save a company or school from a financial disaster or closing all together.

As you can see, having a great memory is the positive force that guides men and women to share in all that makes the grade of Unhappy Marriage Tips.

On the other hand, being the elephant in the room and the source of blame and shame has consequences that are to say the least, uncomfortable for all concerned.

When it comes to being a huge problem in someones life, well there’s just no getting around it. At some point you are just going to have to deal with whatever the situation is. When you;re not on the same page, the elephant tends to roam at will or even seems to get even bigger.

In all married venues there will always be issues that need to be dealt with. In doing so, you develop the strength and fortitude of love, trust and security that are the elements in a relationship that define the character of a successful and happy marriage.

So. What’s it gonna be for you…having the memory and mastermind of self preservation or be the constant source humility and degradation that brings down the house?
How many elephants do you know…or are you one?
How many relationships do you know of that have been ruined by the uncompromising self-righteousness of not addressing the issues at hand?

Simple communication skills are the best method to combat and overcome even the slightest case of pachyderm-itis.

Either you are very good at living and working your marital magic to sustain it’s longevity as one who remembers all, or you’re the one that remains a constant source of heartache and dismay to your soul-mate.

I say, be the one who remembers the wherefore and why that you began your union in the first place. To love, honor, cherish and obey. To make a difference in each others lives. To go forth and multiply. To do unto others…

Whether you know other elephants that need a positive outlook on life or you know the ones that remain a constant source of irritation and aggravation, it remains up to you to sort through peanuts of life!

How to show your wife or husband that you truly love them

There are quite a few things that people go through to show or display their love or affection towards one another, especially in married life. You can do it very easily today by simply writing it in a blog, telling other and making money while you’re at it.

“The man who says his wife can’t take a joke forgets that she took him.” Unknown Source

When it comes to being serious, if you ask my wife, she’ll probably say something like ….”yeah…he’s a real serious man, just like those tubes and wires that he ponders over in his old radio collection…not the part of what makes the radio work…just the tubes pat…he’s just full of gas!”
Isn’t she lovely.

There are so so many ways to share your affinity for the one you love. But on a much more serious note, that affinity could go a lot further when finances are not being a downer in the romance.
How to show your wife or husband that you truly love them means providing for their care, security and comfort in every way possible.

Like many of my little old time radio friends full of tubes and wires…there are things in our past (finances, debt, wants, desires) that detract from what was meant for pure pleasure. The Empower Network has a great plan to cover that … and much much more!

The safety and security of a healthy marriage depends on a strong and sound financial base and can be a very good way to show someone how much you do truly love them.

It’s not a matter of plying or buying someone’s affection with trinkets and midlife crisis type things, security is a very serious affair and it needs to be accounted for. Just one of many good marriage tips for men and women.

Before you go off on that tangent of me likening my marriage to an old radio full of gaseous tubes and stuff…let’s just say well, you have your pet names for the one that makes you happy, and I’ll just say I have mine! But I digress…

Financial security is just a small mouse click away when you visit the Empower Network web site. It’s where you can express true love for the passions within you by simply bolgging, telling others and making money!

When one is free to love, think and dream…one is safe…the world as he or she knows and understands it…is a safe place. Financial security is one of the most stable attributes of a successful marriage. When you have peace of mind, comfort and safety can go a long way to a healthy, happy and fulfilling life together as a married couple or just taking care of someone you truly love.

The woman I married makes me feel safe… and that’s how I tell her how much I love her.

So when it comes to just how to show your wife or husband that you truly love them, do it in a very secure way by clicking this link and getting started right now. It’s never too late.

Keep it real my friend. here’s to your success in everything you do.

What Is A Marriage Number On The Combo Menu

What Is A Marriage Number On The Combo Menu

If you were to walk into a fast food place and your marriage was rated next to the rib, chicken or burger deal of the day, what would be it’s number? Dine in or take out? Maybe we will discuss what kind of meal your marriage would be next time.

Like everything which is not the involuntary result of fleeting emotion but the creation of time and will, any marriage, happy or unhappy, is infinitely more interesting than any romance, however passionate.”   W. H. Auden

Well, here we are back at the food venue of life and marriage. That’s not a priority rating by the way, it’s just the way I wrote it at the time. Some will say it should have been written as … marriage and the food venue. It’s a good thing I like both and that I don’t have to choose or order them in my life!

There are many combinations in our complicated lives, but none so nerve racking as a successful marriage.

Can you imagine standing in line to describe your married life to the order taker person in the restaurant of life and they are asking if you want mustard or pickles or onions (whatever mustard, pickles or onions represent in this mythical restaurant). These may be the things needed to spice up or make you marriage more delectable, so be sure your tummy can handle it.

Of course there is the Super Size options and it comes with various drinks too.

So…is your marriage a single, double or triple stacker? Oh yeah and by the way…I am using burgers or some other beefy meaty description here but this most certainly also applies to and includes any of your fishy or foul marriages as well.

Heck, it even applies to the “shrooms’ and all the other veggies of a vegan affair.

When looking at the menu does the higher the number mean the better the marriage bargain of the day. Does the rank or rating on that billboard menu mean that is the position you are (pardon the pun) sandwiched in?

We haven’t even gotten into the healthy part of this scenario yet. Our immediate choice here seems to be whether or not we get what we want out of a marriage. To get what is going to fill us up and satisfy us for the meal hour of our lives.

If it’s breakfast, will it get us through the morning (the early years of marriage), lunch (the busy life and family years) through the afternoon or dinner, through the long evenings of our lives on the road to 30 plus years together.

Have you made up your mind yet…you’ve been staring at the menu board for quite a long time now and you need to make a decision…or maybe you’re you’re one of the gifted ones that can just cruise through the drive thru because you already know what you want. With or without the extras (the fries of life).

Buns appetite y’all.
